Return and Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refund

Refund requests can be made within 7 days of receiving the product, provided that:

  • The item is unused, in its original packaging, and includes all labels.

  • The customer provides a proof of purchase (order number and registered email).

Once the product is inspected and approved, a refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.

Full Refunds Will Be Issued When:

  • The product arrives damaged or defective.

  • The wrong product, model, or size was shipped.

  • The order is lost or undelivered beyond the maximum stated delivery window.

Example

If a customer receives a dress with a manufacturing defect, they can send photos and order details to our support team. After verification, a refund or replacement will be issued.
