Exchange Policy

Due to our international dropshipping operations, physical exchanges (sending an item back for a replacement) are not always possible.

However, we offer flexible solutions:

  1. Partial or full refund in case of verified damage, defect, or shipping error.

  2. Free replacement item, when applicable.

We do not accept exchanges for reasons of size or color dissatisfaction, except under special circumstances approved by customer support.

Example

If a customer receives the wrong size due to a warehouse mistake, we will resend the correct size free of charge.
